Tue 20 Nov 2012 - Tue 20 Nov 2012 10.00 - 16.00

Habitat management at Fernhurst Wood - Blackburn

Things to bring:

• lunch, flask and drinking water
• old outdoor/working clothes and strong footwear
• waterproofs in case of wet weather
• old gloves if you have them (if not just let us know and we can provide them)

Our pond management tasks will be done in partnership with the local rangers and we'll be cutting back trees and scrub then burning the brash.

We'll meet up at 10am for all our tasks and work through till approx 4pm (but if you need to leave earlier than this no problem). If you think you can attend please e-mail me at argsl*btinternet.com and I can send you directions of where to meet up.
