Amphibian and Reptile Events

Looking for Lizards

Sun 05 Jun 2011 10.00 - 16.00

All reptiles are rare in Greater Manchester, but you've a small chance of seeing common lizards if you know where to look. If you'd like to help search for lizards in some of the likely spots around Bolton, you'll be welcome to take part in this event. During the day you'll become more familiar with the sort of habitats that support common lizards and you'll get to visit some great local spots. This should be a good day out - finishing with a meal at the pub for those interested.

When: June 5th (or in case the weather is unsuitable, keep June 19th free).

Where to meet: 10am outside the Man and Sythe pub, Churchgate, Bolton.

Places are limited, so if you'd like to attend please contact Rick Parker on 01204 529312.
